Tell us about the history of the business I left school and went straight into a Plumbing and heating apprenticeship. I have over 25 years experience and have run my own Plumbing and heating business for 13 years. What excites you most about being in business? I love meeting and talking to different people every day from all walks of life. I like solving problems that customers have and leave them happy. Tell us one surprising thing?
